Samuel (Sammy) Peter Wilby

Sammy passed away suddenly after a medical event unexpectedly on Monday 7^th April 2025, aged 39 years old. Cherished and adored partner of Lizzie, step dad to Georgie and Evie, Loved son of Martin and Leanne, brother of Hayden and Grace. He will be missed by so many of his family and friends.

Special thanks to Fire and Emergency NZ and St John’s, please know your efforts make a significant difference in the lives of so many, your compassion and resilience are a source of hope for your communities, your contributions are invaluable.

A service to farewell Sammy will be held in the Sowmans Mayfield Chapel, cnr of Hutcheson and Parker Sts, on Tuesday 15^th April, at 2pm.
