Margaret Watson King Rothwell

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Watson King Rothwell (née Taylor). Beloved wife of the late Philip Rothwell and former wife of the late William (Bill) Anderson. Cherished mother of Elizabeth Anderson, Glenda Anderson, and Anita and Gary Wicks. Precious grandmother of Mathew Wicks. Margaret passed away peacefully on Thursday August 24, 2023 at the remarkable age of 95. Margaret’s legacy of love and warmth extended to her stepchildren Gillian Cannington, Susan Kendrick, Helen Wilkie, and Michael Rothwell, their children and grandchildren. Messages may be sent to the Rothwell & Anderson Family, c/- P O Box 110, Blenheim 7240. A remembrance service for Margaret will be held at the Mayfield Chapel, cnr Hutcheson and Parker Streets, Blenheim at 1.30pm on Wednesday August 30, followed by cremation at the Sowman Crematorium.
