Passed away peacefully after a short illness at Wairau Hospital on Monday 27th April 2026, aged 82 years.
Dearly loved wife, mother, nana, gran, sister, aunty and friend.
Jan will be forever loved and remembered
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Cancer Society, would be appreciated and can be made via 06-0601-004486-00 (Cancer Society of New Zealand- Marlborough Centre).

In keeping with Jan’s wishes, a private cremation has been held.

Sincere condolences to Jan’s family. I have known her over the last 40 years but more recently for her work ushering at the theatre. She was always such a lovely person to meet with her ready smile. Even when I visited her in Wairau recently. She was so gracious. She will be greatly missed.
