It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Jan on Sunday 18th May 2025 surrounded by loving family. Dearly loved partner of Ross Chandler and family, wife to the late Wayne. Loved mum and mother-in-law to Jason, Leeann and Dave, and little Polly. Loved and adored gran and great gran. Cherished and loved sister, sister-in-law, aunty and loyal friend to many.

A celebration of Jan’s life will be held on Friday, May 23, 1:30 pm at Sowmans Mayfield Chapel. A special “thank you” to the kind and caring staff at Wairau Hospital, HDU and the team at Hospice Marlborough. Messages may be sent to the family at C/- Sowmans Funerals, PO Box 110, Blenheim 7240. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Marlborough Hospice Trust – SBS Bank Account #03-1369-0365207-00 Ref – Jan Cresswell, would be appreciated.
