CHAMBERLAIN, Charles Bruce (known as Bruce):

Passed away on 3rd February 2026, at Wairau Hospital, aged 74 years. Loved husband of Susanne, treasured father of Penny, Frith, Kerri, Meranie, and cherished grandfather of Jordan, Olivia, Dylan, Patrick, Hamish, Maddalyn, Lucy, Tempy, Charlise and Jack and Great Grandad to Onyx and Scarlett.

Special thanks to ATR Ward at Wairau Hospital for their compassion, patience and support.

Messages may be sent to the family at PO BOX 94, Ward. In lieu of flowers a donation to Hospice Marlborough would be appreciated.

In accordance with Bruce’s wishes a private cremation has been held, and a private memorial will be held at their home on 7th March, please contact Kerri 021572955 for more details.

Bruce was a year younger than my brother Ian who like me would like to pass on our condolences to Susanne and family. I’ve enjoyed the sounds and sea voyages with excellent photography and videos.
Sail away Bruce – we’re at an age where our final voyages are around the corner so may we meet up again.
