Sonya Ann Bampton

BAMPTON, Sonya Ann (née Harvey):

Passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at Wairau Hospital. Aged 59 years.

Beloved wife of Grant for 30 years. Cherished mum of Bejay and Ty. Adored Nana of Couper, Ollie, Benji and Isla, Ruby.

Special thanks to Hospice Marlborough and Wairau Hospital.

A service for Sonya will be held at Sowman’s Mayfield Chapel, Cnr Hutcheson and Parker Streets, Blenheim, at 11.00am, on Tuesday, December 2.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss of Sonya. I am sorry that I can not attend the service in person, I have health issues of my own unfortunately are complicating that at present.
